STARTERS

 Tiger Prawns

Deep-fried in a crisp batter and served on a bed of mixed leaves with a sweet chilli and yoghurt mayonnaise

 Shredded Duck & Spiced Cabbage

Wrapped in a chilli pancake & served with hoi sin sauce

 Cream of Courgette, Leek and Potato Soup

Chef’s home-made soup garnished with croutons

 Feta, Walnut and Olive Salad

Served on a bed of mixed leaves with a fresh home-grown garden herb dressing

 

MAIN COURSES

Portobello Mushrooms

Topped with fresh spinach, a fricassee of field mushrooms, herbs and Parmesan cheese, grilled and served with a creamy parsley sauce

 Chicken Brochette
